Blueberry Crisp

2 12 C graham wafer crumbs
34 C melted butter
8 oz marshmallows
12 C milk
1 pint whipping cream
4 C blueberries
1 tblsp corn starch
1 tblsp lemon juice

1. Combine crumbs & melted butter, pat half of this mixture into pan (9 X 12 inches)

2. Combine marshmallows & 12 C milk in top of double boiler, simmer until marshmallows have melted. Remove & cool. Whip pint of cream & fold into cooled marshmallow mixture. Pour 12 mixture over crumbs in 9 X 12 pan.

3. Cook 4 C blueberries, add corn starch & lemon juice, cool and pour over marshmallow mixture in pan.

4. Add rest of marshmallow mixture over blueberries.

5. Top with rest or crumbs. Chill to serve.
