Concord Grape Pie

4 cups Bob's Fruit Stand concord grapes
1 cup sugar
14 cup flour
14 tsp salt
1 12 tbls butter, melted
1 unbaked pie shell
crumb topping

Slip skins from grapes, set aside. Bring pulp to a boil, reduce heat and
simmer 5 minutes. Press through sieve then add skins. Combine sugar, flour,
salt. Add lemon juice, butter, grape pulp. Pour into pie shell and top with
crumb topping. Crumb topping: Sift 12 cup flour with 14 cup sugar. Cut in
13 cup butter till crumbly. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 400°F for 40
