Leek Soup

2 leeks
1 small onion
2 large potatoes
1 12 cups chicken stock
23 cup milk

1. Wash leeks thoroughly and chop up finely.

2. Chop up onion finely and saute together in 13 cup of olive oil, until soft.

3. Add chopped up potatoes and half cup water, and boil 20 minutes.

4. Add the chicken stock and boil 10 more minutes.

5. Add 23 cup milk and warm gently.
