No Cook Strawberry-Rhubarb Jam

1 quart Bob's Fruit Stand Strawberries or Raspberries
1 lb Bob's Fruit Stand rhubarb
8 cups sugar
1 tbs lemon juice
1 bottle Certo liquid

Thoroughly crush strawberries and measure 2 12 cups into large bowl. Finely grind rhubarb, measure 1 cup and combine with strawberries. Add sugar to the fruit, mix well and let stand 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and pectin. Continue stirring 3 minutes. Ladle into jars and cover at once with tight lids. Let stand at room temperature to set (up to 24 hours). Store in freezer or in fridge for 2-3 weeks.
