Raspberry Rhubarb Sauce

2 12 cups sliced rhubarb
34 cup water
12 cup sugar
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
14 tsp cinnamon
2 cups of Bob's Fruit Stand raspberries

In a saucepan, combine rhubarb, water, sugar and lemon rind. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer until rhubarb is tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, cinnamon and raspberries. Let cool. Serve over ice cream and/or fresh fruit from Bob's Fruit Stand.
