Strawberry Freezer Jam

2 cups of prepared fruit,(mashed or put though blender)
1 box Certo crystals.
3 12 to 4 cups sugar.

Add sugar to fruit mix well and let stand. Combine 34 cup of water & Certo crystals in small pan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir into fruit mixture and stir for 3 more minutes. Ladle jam into containers, cover with tight lids. Let stand for 24 hours and then store in freezer.

(When thawed, this jam will keep about three weeks in the fridge.)
