Strawberry Glaze Pie

1 - 8" graham wafer crust cooked
12 pkg creamed cheese
1 cup strawberry juice (below)
34 cup sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
2 cups or more Bob's Fruit Stand strawberries

To make glaze, measure 1 cup berries, crush and add water to measure one cup. Simmer 3 minutes. Cook glaze, sugar and cornstarch over direct heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool slightly. Wash and hull strawberries. Press cream cheese over the cooked pie crust. Arrange strawberries on top of the cream cheese. Coat with glaze, chill 2-3 hours. Serve with whipped cream. Great with peaches and blueberries too! Great with fresh lime on the blueberry pie!
