Luscious Peach Pie

1 pie crust (graham wafer crust cooked)
12 pkg creamed cheese
6 ripe Bob's Fruit Stand peaches
GLAZE:
1 cup mashed ripe peaches
12 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 tbls corn starch

Cook pie crust, let cool. Spread with creamed cheese and arrange quartered or halved peaches over crust. In sauce pan combine glaze ingredients and stir over low heat until thickened. Pour over pie and chill well before serving. Indulge with a dollop of fresh whipped cream or ice cream.
