Fresh Gooseberry Pie

3 cups Bob's Fruit Stand gooseberries
1 12 cups sugar
3 tablespoons minit tapioca
14 teaspoon salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Pastry for two crust 9-inch pie

Crush 12 cup of gooseberries; combine with sugar, tapioca, and salt. Add rest of berries and cook until mixture and dot with butter. Adjust top crust. Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes; reduce to 350°F and bake 30 minutes or until crust is done. Serve warm with ice-cream.
