Raspberry Freezer Jam

1 L crushed raspberries (about 2 L ripe berries)
1.5 L sugar (6 cups)
1 bottle (170 mL) pectin

Stir crushed raspberries and sugar together. Let stand 20 min. until sugar is dissolved. Add pectin and stir continuously for 3 min. Pour into freezer containers and cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours, until set. Store in freezer. Jam which will be used within three weeks can be refrigerated.

(Makes about 1.75 L or 7 cups.)
