Strawberry, Rhubarb & Walnut Crumb Crisp

1. 1 12 lbs rhubarb (cutup - 3 cups)
1 pint strawberries
12 cup of sugar
2 tsp flour
1 tsp lemon zest (grated)

2. 12 cup of flour
13 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 12 tsps cinnamon
pinch of salt
23 cups of walnuts (chopped)

Preheat oven to 350°F, combine #1 in bowl put in 8 inch baking dish. Combine #2 in bowl, add 14 cup melted butter & mix well. Tumble #2 over fruit mixture & bake until fruit is bubbling & the topping is browned. Delicious with ice cream!
