Blueberry Flan

1.
1 cup flour
3 tblps. icing sugar
12 cup butter
Crumble and press into pan. Cook for 8 minutes.

2.
1 cup sugar
14 cup lemon juice
2 tsps. lemon rind
14 cup butter
3 eggs.
Mix well and cook in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and pour over cooked crust.

3.
1 cup grape juice
2 tblsps. cornstarch
14 cup sugar
3 cups fresh blueberries.
Cook grape juice, cornstarch and sugar together over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Turn heat down and cook 2 more minutes. Fold in blueberries and cool. Pour over top and cool in fridge.
